How could an account be suspended with no (or very few violations)? What parameters does Yahoo have set up to determine when an account is suspended.
What are the parameters that lead to an account being suspended?
It would depend on the type of violation. Severe ones, like SPAMMING (putting up advertising links), or posting virus links or obscene avatars can be deleted immediately. Others will take longer and may depend on frequency of violations. For example, 20 in 1 day may cause them to take a quick look and shut it down -- but 20 over 1 year probably won't.
