no you cant, only directly from your account. You can get a paypal credit card or debit card that you can use to take the money directly out but thats it...

You can add funds to your paypal account with credit or with debit. Remember though, if you use credit you will still have to write a check to the credit card company at the end of the month for however much you transferred to paypal.
