Can a 16yo withdraw money from own bank account?

I am 16 years old and have a bank account but my mom is like the co owner of it because I am not old enough to get my own. So I was wondering if I can just withdraw some money by myself.
Can a 16yo withdraw money from own bank account?
If it is a dual signature ( both must sign withdrawals)---NO

If it is with both your names as authorized to withdraw, but not requiring both to sign the withdrawal slip--- YES....
Reply:If it's a custodial account, you cannot. If it is joint, you can.
Reply:It really depends on how it is set up. If your mom is the "custodian" or something like that then she is the only one that can withdraw. If the titling of the account says you "and" your mom then you both have to sign. Lucky for you though, recently, banks have been opening checking accounts as "or" accounts for teenagers (usually at least 15 years old) so just give the bank a call and ask. They'll be glad to tell you. But keep in mind that your mom will see the statement so eventually she will find out!
Reply:There is no way for you to hide the withdraw transaction. Your mom will find out soon or later and you will be in trouble. I can tell you that much. If you want money, talk to your mom first.
Reply:simple answer no. your mostly like a non signer on the account which means until that is removed you have no right to withdraw the money. once you turn 18 your mom changes it then you can withdraw. she has to go to the bank with you to withdraw the money...k. if the teller were to give you money they could cause the bank problems. ppl have even sued because of it..its crazy right!!!
Reply:Depending on how it was set up. If it is "and" on the acct, she needs to be there.
