0% on Balance Transfers for 13 months from account opening, subject to a fee of 2% during the first 6 months?

Could anyone explain me what does "subject to a fee of 2% during the first 6 months" mean?

Will I have to pay a fee of 2% in every month up to the first 6 months If I apply for that credit card?

Thanks.

It means you'll pay a fee of 2% of whatever you transfer in.
