Can I deposit my Unemployment check into my Girlfriends account?

I don't have a checking account (and can't get one because I made too many withdrawals from a savings account and they closed it for account abuse.) I'm tired of paying 35 bucks every time I need to cash my checks.
Can I deposit my Unemployment check into my Girlfriends account?

Reply:Depending on what state you live in, you may be able to get a declining balance debit card from the unemployment office instead of a paper check. I know this is the case in Oklahoma.
Reply:You can, but you guys must go inside the bank to do it, and she and you must be present with ID's. If you can't get a checking account they have those re loadable debit cards and they actually sell them at Walmart. Or why not get your check cashed at Walmart, its only $3.
Reply:Yes, you simply sign it on the back: pay to the order of (insert girlfriend's name here). Then, you sign it. She will sign it as well and deposit it.
