-I have a check, but it's in my mom's name
-Right now my mom is in Korea and I need to cash this check
or it's gonna be void in like 55 days
-I was wondering how I cash this check or put this check into my banking account.
-Can someone give me some instructions or something?
I'm stumped here
-I would gladly appreciate all your answers thank you!
How do I put a check into my bank account that has a different name on the check?
Write "for deposit only" on the back of the check and deposit the check in your mom's bank account. That will keep the check from becoming stale-dated. I do this with my husband's checks all the time. He travels every week.
Reply:If the check is written out to your mom, the bank will not cash it for your account unless her name is on your account. Your best bet is to call your bank and ask them the best way to proceed.
Reply:Sign your mothers name on it and then yours under it, then put deposit only under your name. Provide ID at the bank when you deposit the check and all will be well. Some banks require you to put a thumb print on the check as well this is done inside the bank by a teller. If any questions are raised about the check later on the bank is covered. Sign the check as your mother would. If they don't except it you will have to get your mother to call them and talk with them to get it into your account. Just make the deposit as you normally would and you should have no problems. Now if you are no supposed to be doing this, and it is illegal and you know it then expect the worst to happen to you.
Reply:This one is going to be tricky...
You would have to write on the back of the check:
Pay to the order of:
Your Name
underneath: your mothers signature.
Meaning... the check needs to be signed over to you by your mother.
Call your bank and see whether they will make an exception....
(possible, if you have an account that is in both your mothers and your name, then you can deposit this check into the joint account. Very unlikely that they will "cash" it for you.)
If you don't have a joint account with your mother:
About the only thing you can do is mail the check to your mother so that she can sign it over to you. But make sure your bank will go along with this first because some banks will go so far as to insist that both people (You and your mother) have to be present to cash the check.
Reply:Unless the check states otherwise it will not expire for 6 months.
Really you can do nothing with it. If you were to do something with it could be considered a crime.
You can call your bank they will tell you the same thing. Without your mom you can do nothing with it.
That isn't to say you couldn't get away with depositing or cashing it. However if the remitter or your mom got angry you could do 2 years in prison (minimum for fraud).

If I am low on funds in my checking account, is it wise to use my overdraft protection?
If I am low on funds in my checking account, is it better to use my overdraft protection, or should I transfer money from my savings account into the checking account? If I go into overdraft, I plan to pay it as soon as the next time I get paid.
If I am low on funds in my checking account, is it wise to use my overdraft protection?
Never use you overdraft protection when you don't have to. You will have to decide what the costs are, like bounced check fees, or late fees from whatever bill you are paying, and use that cost to help you decide if the protection should be used. It is always better to transfer the funds needed to cover what checks you write, if at all possible. If you use the overdraft protection as a common answer to your account being too low, it will start to become a downward spiral, and lead you to poor financial practices and attitudes.
Reply:NO, do not use your overdraft. It is better to transfer money from your savings account.
Reply:No. because not only will you have to replace the overcharge the bank will charge you up to $35 dolars just for the fact that you used the overdraft.
Reply:TRansfer funds.
Look at the fees whenever your overdraft protection kicks in.
Plus it's a bad habit to get into.
Reply:you need to transfer.
Reply:ITA with the first person who answered. DH %26amp; I had that overdraft protection once a LOOOONG time ago...let's just say that it was a BAD idea!
take it from somone who's been there...don't do it. It's great if you make a mistake %26amp; it's only 1ce, but if you get caught in the catch 22 of the whole thing...yeah, you're gonna pay fees out yer ****!
Reply:Transfer funds - do not use the overdraft.
Reply:You get charged fees for using overdraft protection. It is supposed to be for an emergency only type thing. So transfer the funds. If you are really hurting for cash go fine out your overdraft limit and take out one big lump sum. Most overdrafts charge per transaction so this way you will only pay 1 fee. Then when you get paid put it all into your account to bring it into a positive balance.

Lost copy of a check for IRS, closed that account and cant find my statement. How can I get a copy to prove it
It was drawn on the bank as a certified check over 1 year ago. They are saying I never paid it. I closed that account a business account. Can a bank find that check even if I just have the month it was drawn in? Please help!
Lost copy of a check for IRS, closed that account and cant find my statement. How can I get a copy to prove it
Call the bank and ask for a copy. There will be a charge for it, but they can supply it easily enough. If the funds were drawn from your account they can zero in on the payment in a few seconds just by searching your account history for that amount. (And if the check was not paid they can also provide a replacement or refund your money.)
Reply:You're most welcome! TFTP. Report Abuse
Reply:And if it's more than 90 days, you can get the refund on an uncashed cashier's check quickly. (I once had someone shred a $5000 check of mine!)
Reply:Yes. Your bank. It doesn't make any difference whether the check was certified or not. If your bank returns canceled checks to you they will have a photograph of both sides which will be available to you at a nominal cost. If they don't return canceled checks they might still have the original but that's a long shot. But they will still have a copy or if it was processed electronically will be able to provide you with identifying information that will allow the IRS to trace it. If the check was a cashiers check (drawn against the issuing bank) they will still be able to furnish you with a copy.
Reply:yes they can , but they will charge you for it.... give them a call and they will help you out

Why do people keep more money in a bank account than the FDIC insures it for?
Would it be smart to keep more than $100,000 in a checking account?
Why do people keep more money in a bank account than the FDIC insures it for?
FDIC.....is a false hope.....just think if we went in a depression and banks went under......the government couldn't pay everyone.......
Reply:There are different ways of getting higher FDIC insurance. FDIC is not insurance per bank account or each 100k unit. It covers 100k PER OWNERSHIP. What it means is that, for example, if you have 2 JOINT accounts (which is a type of account ownership) and 3 SOLE accounts (which is another type of ownership), you are insured for up to 100k for both of the joint acounts and another 100k for the 3 sole accounts. Also if you add beneficiaries to your account who are immediate family members to you, you can get another 100k insured per relationship.
Reply:for as little as you make on a checking account, why not just buy short term T bills?

Can I remove my name from a joint bank account?
My husband and I opened a bank account in the order of A (husband) and B (wife/me). I want to remove myself from this account. He is running up bad bad debt and I want out. We are common law partners. I am trying to close and walk away from it all.
Any info/ideas? Thanks in advance.
Can I remove my name from a joint bank account?
1. Just go to the bank and request that you no longer want to be on the account. If they give you a hard time, then tell them you want to withdraw all the funds since you have legal right to in a joint account. Then close the account, and give 1/2 (if you want to) to your husband. Keep a receipt of proof of closure or name removal. Make sure all checks in joint name are destroyed. of course make sure not to sign any joint checks anymore. Ask the bank about "stop payment" on all outstanding checks.
2. "Common-law marriage (or common law marriage), sometimes called informal marriage or marriage by habit and repute, is a form of interpersonal status which is legally recognized in some jurisdictions as a marriage even though no legally recognized marriage ceremony is performed or civil marriage contract is entered into. A common law marriage is legally binding in some jurisdictions but has no meaning in others."
You need to check if the state or country in where you live makes you liable for his debts under "Common Law Marriage." If you didn't have a prenuptial (suggest get one next time), get a post prenuptial - releasing you of his liability now. An attorney needs to draw up the contract.
3. Open another account in your name only at a different bank. Make no deposits of funds he gives you in that account. If he gives you money, open a second account at another bank. You don't want to commingle his assets with yours in the same account because they could be attached in a lawsuit.
See a family law or common law attorney to protect yourself legally from his financial issues.
Good Luck.
Reply:If you're on the account I believe you can close it out yourself. If he's getting himself in trouble it might be a good idea to just close the account anyway... then start over fresh. Just my opinion...
Reply:If the two of you are not legally married, all you have to do is go to the bank and have them remove you as a co-signor on that account. But I can tell you this, if you've co-signed on credit accounts with him and you're just partners not married, you are a co-signor and you will be held liable if he defaults on his end of the payments because you signed on to back him up.
Go talk to the bank.
Reply:You and he have to sign paperwork to take either name off the account, and if it's in overdraft, they won't let you
Reply:I wasn't able to remove myself from a joint account, nor I could remove the other party. I was told I could however close it without the other party's permission, which I did.
Reply:Both partners have to be there, especially if you are B.
Reply:Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate.I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

Reply:Contact the bank and ask them! I am sure you should be able to, but that may not be possible, especially if you signed any of those checks........
Reply:All you have to do is go to the bank/credit union and ask for your named to be removed. Also, make sure your name is removed from the checks.
It is a pretty easy and quick process.

How and where do i get a sprint pcs account?
I want a sprint lg rumor, but i want the discount. To get that, i need a sprint pcs account. I've looked, but apperanly I'm looking in the wrong places. Can someone send me a link or something to where i can get an acoount?
How and where do i get a sprint pcs account?
Either go to the Sprint store or a Sprint outlet like Best Buy. Or you can sign up on line at www.sprint.com or call sprint at 866-866-7509. However, I would not get a Rumor. Even though they keep trying to work out the kinks, it's still not a real high quality phone and it's at the end of life. For $20 more, get a Samsung Rant, which is similar but a higher quality handset.

What happens when someone deposits money into a CLOSED ACCOUNT?
Someone paid me on ebay into an account which I'd forgotten I had closed - can they get their money back/ask the bank to put it into my new account?
What happens when someone deposits money into a CLOSED ACCOUNT?
usually the transaction is refused by the bank with the closed account. Your payor should have gotten his money back. Check with your bank to be sure.
Reply:If the account was closed, it would tell him that and he would keep his money. He shouldn't have paid anything yet.

What do you mean by Current account and Savings account in a bank?
My sir has given homework. i want to know what is current account and savings account.
What do you mean by Current account and Savings account in a bank?
both are depository accounts. a current account gives you the benefits of writing checks, a debit card which can be used at ATM's and also at retail stores to make purchases. a current account is a NON- interest bearing account.u can make bill payments from a current account.////////////////////////////////... a savings account is interest bearing account. there are different savings accounts like money market account ( where u usually get high interest on the balance and also write checks), a regular savings account (cannot right checks) and certificate of deposit(the funds need to be for a certain period of time like 3month to 5 years, u cannot make any withdrawals until the cd matures, and if you make a withdrawl before maturity a fee is applicable and accoun is closed. this account has the highest interest rate). you get a ATM only card and not a debit card on a savings account. //// there are some other differences too but that depends on the bank
Reply:your current account has a steady flow of cash going through it, your salary gets paid in and drect debits for bill paments, cheques and general spendig goes out of it. savings accounts are designed for holding money.. there are different types but generally you have to give notice to get the money out (ie it is less convenient) but you get a higher rate of interest on the money you keep in there. you get hardly any interest on current accounts.
Reply:Current means you have it active. Savings means savings. goodness.
Reply:A current account is a deposit account in the UK and countries with a UK banking heritage offering various flexible payment methods to allow customers to distribute money directly to others. Most current accounts have a cheque book, offer the facility to arrange standing orders, direct debits and payment via a debit card. Current accounts may also allow borrowing via an overdraft facility.
Savings Account is an account that draws interest at a bank.
Reply:CURRENT ACCOUNT IS WHERE YOU CAN TAKE OUT MONEY OR PUT IN /SAVINGS ACCOUNT IS WHERE YOU PUT IT MONEY TO SAVE LIKE MONEY FOR COLLEGE OR WHATEVER

Is anyone else fed up with calling about an account an getting a person with a strong accent from India?
I spend an extra 5 minutes at best, trying to decipher what they said and having them repeat themselves. For the amount we have to pay in interest, you would think the credit provider would make servicing the account easier.
Is anyone else fed up with calling about an account an getting a person with a strong accent from India?
I have had it with the thoughtless outsourcing most companies engage in!
When I am connected to someone with strong accent, I tell them I cannot understand them and request someone else. If I am connected to another person who has no real command of English, I demand to speak to a supervisor.
Once, I did have to demand to speak to a supervisor in US. It took a while, but I got one.
Reply:Yep, it drives me nuts too.
I used to work for Macy's credit, and they have a call center in India. Well this call center can only do certain things (for instance, they can't handle the Visa portions of the account) so they were constantly transfering the call back to us. It's a real nightmare trying to find out what the situation is from the India rep and then talking to a customer who is irate about being transfered.
Believe it or not, Macy's is losing a large amount of business over this. If it keeps on that trend, they will probably get the hint.
Reply:The best advice I can offer is stop doing business withthose companies.
I have cancelled credit cards, when they ask. I tell them that it is because I can not understand the people that are supposed to be on the other end of the phone to help. I also do the same thing with companies that keep sending me junk in the mail.
Reply:Yes it is a real problem and it feels like eternity trying to figure out what they're saying.
OH Bless! everyone should be given a chance to do their job but when its at the expense of the customers patience then it just ain't right.
There really isn't anything we can do but to request to speak to a higher authority and fingers crossed it will be with someone we can understand.
Reply:I went round and round with a DirectV customer service rep. in Indonesia. They are difficult to understand and are so far detached from the situation they are cold and helpless. I hate it.
Reply:It is cheap labor for companies %26amp; they do not care about their customers. I do cancel anything if they out-source, the people do not understand me and I do not understand them.
Reply:i agree and they always give them british names so clearly made up, why would a native indian be called harry or mary?!
Reply:Yes, It is the worst!

Does your credit card have to be from your account that's registered on paypal?
I know that question is a little weird. What I mean is: I paid for something on ebay, but I used my dad's credit card "with his permission of course." The credit card is registered on my paypal account, but the account that the credit card is from is NOT. I have my own account on there. Does it matter?

You can use different credit cards for one paypal account. I've done it...even if in someone else's name, so long as you have billing address and phone number, which you probably already entered

What is Facebook and how do you make an account?
Hello there! Okay, I am one of those few people who also don't have an idea what Facebook is. All my friends and even some relatives want me to make an account, so could you please tell me a bit about it first? I would also like to know how you can actually set up an acount.
I may pick a best answer!
What is Facebook and how do you make an account?
It's a website where you join a social network. you add your friends and you can share your photos, notes, etc. you can send messages to your friends. and you will have a profile where your friendscan see your info and pictures. Its a fun social site. You will grown to love it! All yuo have to do is go to facebook.com to set up an account. Just fill out your information. It's pretty simle. good luck!
Reply:Facebook is a social network for high school students and college students. You can customize you personal information ,express your interests ,make friends ,join groups ,and recieve updates and notifications from social groups and friends. Just follow the directions on the website to help new users like you to create a new profile.
Reply:Listen, obviously you're a few cards short of a full deck so I'm going to help you out. There's this site called Facebook and it's located at www.facebook.com . It does a pretty good job of explaining what it's about. Did you seriously come all the way to Yahoo answers to ask a question that could have been answered by just going to Facebook's site? Did you even look there? It says on the front page "SIGN UP FOR FACEBOOK." What, were you born under a rock?
Oh and I'm a PhD.
Reply:i think the 1st two ppl did a good job explaining. you can also adjust your privacy settings so that only your friends can view your profile and see what you do. it's a good thing if you don't want to attract sketchy internet-stalkers :)

How can I calculate rate of return on an account that includes deposits and withdrawals?
Rate = 100*(EndingBalance-BeginningBalance) divided by AverageBalance
How much cash can I deposit into my personal account with out getting taxed?
I just sold soem land in Mexico that my grandparents left me. The person that purchased it paid me in cash here in the U.S.. Well now I want to buy another home in Mexico so I want to deposit this money into my U.S. account and then wire it to a bank in Mexico to pay for the home in full.
How much cash can I deposit into my personal account with out getting taxed?
Doesn't matter, you will have to claim it on next years tax return anyways.
Reply:You need to talk to a CPA or tax accountant who works with the IRS in cross boarder transactions. You will not be taxed on the deposit, but you may owe income taxes on the sale...you may also owe taxes in Mexico. Depending on the amount of money, it could become very complicated very quickly if you don't handle it correctly from the beginning.
Almost all cash transactions are now reported to the IRS (by the banking system), so having all of your ducks in a row is important.
Reply:v b is correct, what you are taxed on is the amount over and above what you paid for the property, or in this case the value of the land when you inherited it. The bank is required to report large amounts of cash deposits. This is done to track illegal activities and not necessarily tax purposes.
Reply:Don't give a thought to your bank account.
Just do your taxes correctly.
The value of the land in Mexico is what it was worth when the last grandparent died. If it has gone up in value, you will owe 15% capital gains tax when you report the sale on your tax return.
Reply:it varies by bank. I think standard is anything over a $5000 deposit is automatically reported to the irs. So just make a few deposits of $4999 at different times instead of all of your money all at once

Can my friend and I invite non-mutual friends to an Facebook event created on the one account?
My friend and I are having a co-joined 18th party. We plan to invite our friends through the Facebook Event function, and are wondering if there's any way we can BOTH invite friends from each of our lists, but create the event on only one of our accounts? Is there any way to do this or would she have to create the same invitation to send to some of her friends which I'm not friends with?
Can my friend and I invite non-mutual friends to an Facebook event created on the one account?
This question would be better suited for the category "facebook".
You get there by going to answers.yahoo.com %26gt; Home %26gt; Computers %26amp; Internet %26gt; Internet %26gt; Facebook
That is where you post this question. Not here in "Friends", even though it is a "friend related thing". There are pros here in answers that look through just/only the category they know the most about. I just-so-happen to be really good with Family %26amp; Relationships. So, I look to answer questions *here* in *this* category.
I don't know too much about myface, or spacebook, but I'm sure there are tutorials within those sites to help you with any questions you have about them. Else, you'd get better results if you post this question in "facebook".
All you do is point your question to *there* after you hit submit. The default thingie here should point you to 3-4 options of where to post it. You'll see.

Which amount of tax is to be taken into account when claiming a tax rebate?
Hi,
I'm about to leave the UK and therefore I'm claiming for a tax rebate. I would like to know if the tax office will take into account my income tax + national insurance tax or only the income tax to calculate the refund?
I have received my P45 and the amount in the "tax to date" box clearly only considers my income tax, therefore I'm afraid to get less money!!
Thanks for your clarification
Which amount of tax is to be taken into account when claiming a tax rebate?
The NIC is deducted each payday, irrespective of other income for the year, and is not refundable.
You will also need form P85 to claim a tax refund, this should be sent to tax office with form P45.
When calculating your tax refund, tax office takes pay received and tax deducted into account to calculate amount overpaid.
Reply:You can only reclaim Income tax in the circumstances you indicate and that is only if you have overpaid tax. If you are leaving the UK then you may not necessarily have any further tax to pay, but if you have earned too much, then you may be unlikely to be able to reclaim any tax at all. National Insurance cannot be reclaimed.

Reply:Income Tax %26amp; NI are different things in the UK. You can make a claim to your tax office using the form P85 %26amp; P45 to see if you have overpaid any Income Tax.
Trace your office at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/local/individuals...
I don't think NI is refundable but it would do no harm to ask. Call 0845 915 4811 or +44 191 203 7010.
Reply:It will only be calculated on the tax you've paid and not the N.I. contribution, it also depends upon what tax you've paid in the current financial year and the tax code that the Inland Revenue have supplied you with.
Go to the site below and give them a call, they may be able to help you further on this matter.

Just out of curiosity, how old you must be to open your own cellphone plan on the providers listed above?
How old can you be to open a cellphone account on AT%26amp;T, Verizon Wireless, or Sprint?
anyone can have a cell phone, but to open an account by yourself, as in without a parent or guardian, you have to be 18, because you are signing a binding contract.

How do I receive the money in my bank account thats for overdrafting?
If you have set up overdraft proctection with your bank, it will likely be one of two things:
1) the bank will automatically transfer money from your savings account to cover the overdraft. There is a flat fee involved.
2) the bank covers the overdraft for you, and in essense you have taken out a loan. Interest is charge for the amount you owe the bank, and the amount of time it takes you to put money into the account to pay back the bank.
How do I receive the money in my bank account thats for overdrafting?
Overdraft protection is available in case you overdraw your account. They will honor the item up to the limit of your protection, but most banks will also charge you the "bounced" check fee for using it. You should NOT try to use is as a credit card, if that's what you're thinking.
Reply:Bounce a check...then they tap into that money to pay it.
It's not real money...its the amount they allow you to borrow. You have to pay it back, but it prevents you from bouncing checks.
Reply:"Cat"'s answer is correct one for the U.S. In other countries you can have an interest-free overdraft protection up to some limit. I have an account like that in France and almost always have it in the red.
Reply:You might want to ask your bank officials that question because I'm really not sure.

Is there a way to temporarily suspend your MySpace account with out losing everything like facebook?
I don't want to lose my friends or anything else. I suspended my facebook account for about a year and then reactivated it and everything was still there.
Is there a way to temporarily suspend your MySpace account with out losing everything like facebook?
Unfortunately there is no magic button you can click, but you can do it manually. Here's how.
Go to your homepage, then the preferences where you can edit the content of your page (About Me, What school you went to, etc). Cut and paste everything you have entered on your myspace into a Word or Notepad document. Save that somewhere on your computer, then update your myspace to be completely blank. You can save all your photo's as well to your computer then delete them from the site. Delete any comments you have on your page, and set comments to require approval, so none will appear until you're ready to start your myspace back up.
When you are ready, re-upload all your photos, and copy and paste your info from the notepad document back into myspace and "Save Changes". Your page will go from blank to exactly the way you had it before.
Your friends will still be able to see it, but they won't spend more than a second glancing at your blank page with a blank name and blank image. Make sure that when you return you send them all a note saying you're back, or let them know you're leaving for a while so they won't delete "that weird blank profile" from their friend's list.
Reply:Set it to private. Don't allow messages. And don't log in.
Reply:You can just... not get on. You can't suspend a MySpace account.
Reply:ask tom =) lol

Make sure that when you return you send them all a note saying you're back, or let them know you're leaving for a while so they won't delete "that weird blank profile" from their friend's list.

How do I activate my 10-day free trail account of World of Warcraft?
(Please only answer if you have done this before.) I downloaded a 10-day free trail of World of Warcraft. Got my character up a few levels and would like to buy it. I know you have to pay a activation fee and it's something like 20 pound a month, but it is worth it. If I walk into the shop and buy the disc and sign into my account after installing it, will this count as the activation fee?

How do new Ipods work with your old Itunes account?
I broke my first ipod (warranty expired and doesn't cover water damage D: )
and I was wondering if when I plug my new Ipod in, if it will create a new Ipod account.
You know like when you first get an Ipod you name it and set it up to sync and junk. It'll follow along those lines right?
How do new Ipods work with your old Itunes account?
no all you have to do is update itunes and then sync it
it is jut like normal you don't have to create a new account if you have your login information
Reply:Yes. It should make a new profile/summary page for that specific ipod. I think you can have up to like 5 ipods per itunes account. So you shouldn't have too much hassle. Good luck and Merry Christmas =]

But if you don't have separate accounts on your account, YES they can see anything and everything that you have if you don't have it protected.

A bank account earns 3 percent interest compounded continuously. What annual amount of money must parents?
each year in order to save 122000 in 14 years for a child's college expenses? Assume the annual amount is added continuously over the period of each year.
A bank account earns 3 percent interest compounded continuously. What annual amount of money must parents?
Your question is unclear. You say to assume the annual amount is added continuously over the year . This does not make sense.
Are you saying that the parents are depositing x$ into a bank account each year starting at year zero and that this is receiving 3% interest compounded continuosly for a year. Then the parents are depositing anther x$ at the beginning of the 2nd year and the continuous compounding continues and this goes on until the beginning of year 14 at which time the parents deposit the final x$ so that at the end of year 14 there will be 122,000 available?
If so, let me know and I will solve it for you.

i dont learn maths anymore now. so i've forgotten the formula somehow.
122000 %26lt;= x[sum of GP,a=r=1.03,n=14]
122000 %26lt;= x[1.03^15-1.03]/(1.03-1)
122000 %26lt;= 1.03x(1.03^14 -1)/0.03
x %26gt;= 122000*3/103(1.03^14 -1)
x %26gt;= 6932.246
answer=$6932.246 annually, for 14 years.
parents have to put aside $577.69 monthly, or $19.26 per day.
Reply:Let:
the fractional continuous annual interest rate be r per year,
the contribution rate be p per year paid in continuously,
s be the sum accumulated after t years.
ds/dt = p + rs
int (0 to t) ds / (p + rs) = int(0 to t) dt
(1/r)( ln(p + rs) )[0 to s] = t
ln((p + rs) / p) = rt
ln(1 + rs/p) = rt
1 + rs/p = e^(rt)
rs/p = e^(rt) - 1
p = rs / (e^(rt) - 1)
= 0.03 * 122000 / (e^(0.03 * 14) - 1)
= 7012.01 per year.

Does anyone know how to set up my merchant account with Ebay?
I dont need to use PayPal cuz I have my own merchant account. After the bidder has won the auction, how do I instruct them to pay?
Does anyone know how to set up my merchant account with Ebay?
If you have your own merchant account and want buyers to use that, you need to have a website where your buyers can put in their credit card information.
It cannot be Geocities or any of these free websites because you need to have an SSL secured socket layer -- the one that causes the URL of the website to be https instead of merely http. With https your customer's credit card information is safe. You can either buy your own SSL certificate through Thawte or Verisign or check with your web host if they have a shared SSL that you can use
I do the same with my eBay selling where my buyers can either pay by Paypal or pay with their credit cards direcly to me via my website

Ex: The antichrist can force us to have a debit card from Firefox to do all transactions shopping. The Firefox logo is a fox draped on a globe.

Killing or persecuting atheists, non-Christians, gays and anybody else that they think anger's God will, they think, help bring them closer to Heaven.

Probably maybe the internet is how the antichrist is going to keep track of the people together with all the cameras that they already have installed every wheres. I also know that for years now, they have a chip in the cars to where I believe the antichrist will be able to stop anyone that is trying to get away by just pushing a button and the car stops where ever its at.
Reply:The word "mark" in the book of Revelation is translated from the Greek word "charagma". According to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, charagma means "etching". Computer chips, including implantable chips, are manufactured using a chemical etching process. So, if a person receives a computer chip implanted in their body, they will have a mark that is an etching. This is in line with the scriptural description of the mark of the beast.

Do I have to pay tax on a saving account interest?
What if I never remove money from the account or add money to the account. This would mean I am paying tax on almost the same amount of money each and every year. What is good is the interest if it taxed up. also If I had bought something collectable instead and then sold it for profit I would have paid no tax.
Do I have to pay tax on a saving account interest?
Yes, savings account interest is taxable income. How much it's taxed depends on how much other income you have. It doesn't matter how much you deposit or withdraw during the year. Only the interest earned is taxed (not the actual balance in the account).
Lots of luck buying collectibles. It may take years for them to go up in value - if they go up at all. Also, they're not necessarily easy to sell at a good price if you're in a hurry for the cash. If you're really looking to make money and reduce your tax bill, don't buy collectibles - buy mutual funds.
Reply:In the US ... yes.
You should get a 1099 form from your bank.
It is silly, but the interest won't make a signifigant difference in your AGI.
Reply:The tax rate on collectibles is your ordinary tax rate, max of 28%.
The tax rate on your savings account is at most 35%. You act like it's 100%.

I have just set up an ebay a/c and a paypal a/c. I want to use paypal to pay when I buy stuff off ebay. What do I do now?
How do I "link" my paypal account to my ebay account?
When you buy something from someone who accepts paypal, you go through a check out system that asks you how you want to pay. Just choose paypal and it will take you to paypal's website where you just login and pay them.
It's quite simple, i use it all the time.

How to get a credit co to close my account?
how do I get a certain credit card company (Walmart) to close my acct? They keep charging me finance fees and late fees that eat up my whole payment. I've requested this in writing and on the phone but yet it is not closed.
How to get a credit co to close my account?
Normally, you would call the phone number on the back of the card and say "please close my account" and it would all be taken care of.
But most companies won't close an account with a balance on it. Even if they do, it won't stop the finance charges or fees. The only way to stop fees is to come back in compliance with the terms of your contract with the CC company. If you are over limit, pay the card down so you are below your limit. If you are getting late fees, pay your bill on time.
The only way to stop finance charges is to pay the bill off in full. If they use the two-cycle method to calculate finance charges, you will be charged a small amount of finance charges the month following when you pay the bill off in full. You need to pay that bill off in full too. Then you will no longer be charged finance charges.
Reply:As long as you carry a balance you WILL be charged these fees. Just closing the account does not afford you the opportunity to not have the fees and finance charges added on. Some companies will not even close the account unless it has a zero balance so get a part time job long enough to pay off the balance so you can close and forget it.
Reply:Closing the account won't stop them from charging you interest and late fees.
Reply:Real world, hon...if you still owe them money they will not close your account. You need to pay off your account before you can request that they close it, and you will need to do so in writing and enclose your cut-up card with the letter. This is for their security so that no one can try to use the card once the account has closed.
If you don't owe them anything, there's nothing for them to charge finance and late fees *on* so it's up to you to pay off your balance, I'm afraid. And if you don't pay and they continue to charge you interest and late fees, you *will* start getting letters from credit collection companies. You don't want this to happen, for one because it will go on your credit history record and you'll have a very hard time (if at all) being able to get any kind of credit or credit card for several years, until your credit record has been clean.
Best advice: pay off what you owe them.
Reply:They are not going to close your account unless you pay the whole amount balance in full. Plain and simple. This applies for pretty much any credit card in the country unless you file for bankruptcy or are "dead".
Reply:Talk to the manager in Walmart and complain about how they didn't close your account when you asked them to. Call again and ask them why they didn't close the account. If neither of this works, threaten to sue them. However, don't really sue them. But, if they act like they don't believe you will sue them, sue them for real.

My yahoo account is getting suspended for 48 hours frequently during the last few weeks. What can I do?
May be somebody is trying to access my account. Is there any way I can prevent that? Is there anyway I can control my access to the email with some additional security features?
My yahoo account is getting suspended for 48 hours frequently during the last few weeks. What can I do?
USUSUAL ACTIVITY
Yahoo's explanation;
I just got an error message telling me that Yahoo! Mail detected unusual activity in my account and I can鈥檛 send, save or receive Mail for up to 48 hours. How do I correct the issue?
Here are a few areas to consider:
1. Have you noticed anything unusual that might suggest to you that someone else is using your account? If so, change your password on the Account Info page. You鈥檒l be asked to sign in before proceeding.
* In the first section of the page, click Change Password and follow the instructions.
2. Did you send or receive many attachments in a short period of time? If so, try deleting some of the emails you sent or received in a short period of time in your Inbox or Sent folder.
3. Clear your browser鈥檚 cache and cookies.
During the suspension, you have access to all email in your Inbox, personal folders and Sent folder, and to your Mail Options. You will not be able to send or receive mail or save any drafts. Email sent to your account will bounce back to the sender.

The following was received from Yahoo Mail Support via e-mail 12.13.07: The Yahoo! Mail system keeps track of the pattern of messages into and out of accounts. It does not track the content of the messages, or who they are to or from, just the traffic pattern. When this traffic pattern
changes the system can put the account into a suspended status, which is then released after 24-48 hours.
Occasionally the system will misidentify an account as having an unusual traffic pattern, or 'Unusual Activity'. When the user notifies us of this issue, we manually review the traffic pattern then reset the system so that it does not see the traffic on the account as unusual. If there
is anything else that we can help you with, please let us know.
Limit outbound traffic: Yahoo's (Nasdaq: YHOO) Latest News about Yahoo e-mail service sets a limit on the number of e-mails that can be sent out every 15 minutes. As of right now What's the highest APY rate do you have in a online saving account?
Does anyone bank with united one bank? They have a 5.1% saving account. If so, tell me what you think so far.
As of right now What's the highest APY rate do you have in a online saving account?
You can go to www.bankrate.com and compare savings rates by State or Nationally to see who is offering the highest rate and what the minimum balance required is. 5.1% seems pretty good.

I have the newest version of Quickbooks. How can I make entries of General Offering-an income account?
I have already customized my chart of account. General offering is the primary source of income since this is a church organization. Any help will be appreciated
I have the newest version of Quickbooks. How can I make entries of General Offering-an income account?
Just create a sales receipt. If you haven't already, you'll also need to create an 'other charge' item linked to an income account to use on the receipt.

What factors account for the rapid growth in the number of interest groups?
Greed for the $$$ and the rising popularity of cult mentality. Both I find sad.
What factors account for the rapid growth in the number of interest groups?
The Israel Lobby has huge amounts of money they get from the billions of dollars in US taxes we shell out to Israel in unaccounted cash funds. Israel uses that money to influence our elections etc.
Reply:Financial backing. So long as there is money to be had, there will be people flocking to it in hopes of their cut. Interest groups are nothing more than non-profit money laundering machines. Most of the people organizing and representing them don't care, they do it for their slice of the pie. Take Al Gore for instance he gets to travel first class globally, get his life paid for plus extra cash in his pocket (and I don't mean a little), in the name of environmentalism. He doesn't understand what he babbles about, he has no clue of the environment, nor does he care (just look at his methods of travel), but there he is daily spewing his "special" interest mantra so that he can make a few extra thousand dollars. He really should be advertising his sponsors on his clothing like professional sports figures have to.

Is there a bank that has a interest earning account for 17 year olds?
I turn 18 in the summer and me and my finace are starting to get second jobs so we can move out of our houses into a apartment. I want to know if there is a bank that has an interest earning account for under 18 year olds, and if they will allow 2 people without being married to open an account together.
Is there a bank that has a interest earning account for 17 year olds?
you should be able to open a savings account at any bank. They encourage minors to save? Any two people can be on an account together, the bank doesn't care about the relationship.
Reply:ANY bank will open a savings account for anyone with a valid SAN. The ONLY requirement for a joint account is that BOTH parties agree. Report Abuse
Reply:NEVER combine your finances with your finance. The day you return from you honeymoon, I recommend combining ALL accounts. Until the wedding, don't combine ANY. Report Abuse
Reply:he didnt say anything about barrowing money! any bank or credit union (that accepts you) will allow you open a savings account. other than that, you would have to ask them.
Reply:yes mostly any bank will have an interest bearing account that you can open at 17....no need for a cosigner.
Reply:all banks except you but you would need a co signer that is above 18 that has good credit.
Reply:I agree with the second poster, you would need to have someone over 18 to co-sign.
I would also add that you would want to check out credit unions instead of banks as the fees are much less
Reply:maybe bank of America.

Now that I have given my Bank Acount to those scams. How safe I am and my account? What shall I do?
Some of the answers to my prvious question opened my eyes and now worried that I have given my personal identity and account number to those scams. How can I be safe and secure that I am not going to face other problems especially financially?
Now that I have given my Bank Acount to those scams. How safe I am and my account? What shall I do?
Close your accounts and open new ones.
Reply:You should definitely close the account. I know it may be a pain but it is better than your money being stolen. Talk to the people at your bank explain your situation and if there are any outstanding checks that haven't been paid let them know the numbers on the checks, keep that amount in the bank and they should be able to put a block on it so no other money leaves the account. Good luck and God Bless!
Reply:go to the bank and close your account and get a new account..the bank will assist you......
Reply:Go to your bank, or anyplace you have accounts where you have given out the numbers, and let them know what has happened. They can put alerts on your account so nobody can pull from them but you. They'll tell you any further steps you need to take.
Good luck.
Reply:If you gave those scammers your bank account, you should close the account. They can take money out of the account with that number along with the bank routing number.

What does account ease premium mean on my department store charge?
I have a finance charge but also have an account ease premium which is almost the same as the finance charge.
What does account ease premium mean on my department store charge?
Not 100% sure, because they have different names at different places, but it sounds like insurance for your credit card in case you become disabled. If you're hurt and can't work it'll pay off your card. It's a bad deal, because the premiums are ridiculously high. Cancel it if you can.

How do I send mail outside of my Yahoo account?
I have satalite internet. I just established a yahoo account. I can send email thru my account however when I go for example Craigs Lists and try to answer and add. The mail will not go thru and it asks for my apple password for Mac Mail. Hi do I get my mail to go thru my Yahoo account?
Thanks
How do I send mail outside of my Yahoo account?
Many sites use the MAILTO: command to send email. That causes the system to go to the default email program which is probably Outlook Express. Since Yahoo mail can't be accessed there unless you have a plus account you get the error.
There are 2 alternatives. The easiest is just to look at the bottom of the screen when you hover over the mail link and you will see the address. Ignore the "MAILTO:" part. Just go to Yahoo mail and use that address.
The harder way is to make the system use Yahoo mail as the default.
For Firefox 3... (no option for FF 2)
Go to tools %26gt; options %26gt; applications
Go down to mailto.
Set Yahoo as the default.
This will only work for mailto links within Firefox. I know of no way to access it from outside of Firefox.
If you use Internet Explorer...
The tiny program that allows you to select Yahoo! Mail as the default email application for your PC is included as part of Yahoo! Toolbar version 7.2 and up for Internet Explorer (not Firefox).
If you don't have Yahoo! Toolbar v.7.2 or later for Internet Explorer installed, you’ll need to download it before proceeding with these instructions.
[Note: According to Yahoo customer service doing the typical install of Yahoo Messenger will also install the needed program. I have not tried either.]
Here’s how to set your PC to open Yahoo! Mail when you click an email link on a web page.
1. From the “Start” pop-up menu in the lower left corner of your desktop, select “Settings” %26gt; “Control Panel”.
2. In the Control Panel, select “Internet Options”. This opens the “Internet Properties” window.
3. Click the “Programs” tab along the top.
4. Click the “E-mail” pull-down menu, and select Yahoo! Mail.
5. Click OK. Done!
I do not believe that Yahoo Mail can be set as a default using IE and Vista. If anyone knows how I would appreciate you telling me how.

Is it possible to find out who an MSN account belongs to?
Someone has added me but I don't know who they are and they won't tell me.
Is it possible to find out who an MSN account belongs to?
You can try this, view their profile (MSN profile)
or copy their e-mail and go to MySpace.com and do the "Search" thing by e-mail and see if something comes up. If something does, maybe you'll know who they are?
but if someone doesn't want to tell you who they are when you ask them, block and delete them... to be safe... you never know this person can be an online paedophile or stalker.

I was informed I have unclaimed money in an account. How do I bypass the middleman to collect it?
The Co. that notified me has a perfect record with the Better Business Bureau but they want a 40% fee for recovering the money for me. So how do I figure out where this money is so I can claim it?
I was informed I have unclaimed money in an account. How do I bypass the middleman to collect it?
Search Unclaimed Funds on Google.
Put in your name and state.
Good luck
Reply:Try your State Treasurer's Office--they often handle escheat property and many have the info and claim forms online. No fee. The company that 'notified' you had to get the info from somewhere, somewhere that's public record.
Reply:A perfect record with the BBB simply means they have not recieved any negitive information about that business. A scammer using a new business name will of course have a perfect record.

Bank repo will the bank chase after my bank account?
I cannot pay my mortgage anymore, and have to let go of a property. (1) Will the bank chase after my bank account or only take my property? (2) How bad can they ruin my credit? (3) Can my credit score be saved or how can I manage a minimal damage to the credit score and minimal expenses?
Bank repo will the bank chase after my bank account?
Yes they can chase any other assets you may have that they deemed valuable. I haven't heard of any lender doing it.
You should contact 888-995 HELP. And also the lost mitigation department of your lender. If you don't they can and will accelerate the foreclosing proceedings.
We've spoken with our accountant and are having a meeting with a loan officer tonight that has attorney contacts that are trying to help homeowners by dealing with the lenders on the legal level. If that doesn't work, then our options are to file bankruptcy prior to the foreclosure. It does one main thing, delays everything for up to 1 year. The lender can not file foreclosure until the bankruptcy is discharged and I have been told that could take 6 months. After the foreclosure and sheriff sale, you will have a right of redemption period, our 's is 6 months. Yours could be different depending on where you live.
You could try negotiating "deed in lieu of foreclosure" with your lender. It saves them a lot of time and money, but you would have to be out sooner.
So you see, you have some options, and I suggest you work them all for as long as you can.
Best of luck to us all!
Reply:I'm not a realtor or anything like that, just someone in the process of buying my first home. However, I do know that you should definately do everything possible to avoid foreclosure. That looks very very bad on your credit. If all else fails, get a Realtor and sell your house. I know the real estate market is less than ideal at the moment, but to sell now would not be so bad on your credit is having the bank take it back. I don't think they go after your money though. Once they have the house, they try to sell it to recoup the losses.
The only real issue I can see with selling your house now is if you'd be selling it for less than you bought it for (since the market is at a low point and you probably bought when it wasn't). The financial implications of this I'm not sure of. A CPA or maybe even a realtor or loan officer may be able to help with that one. I don't see that they would be worse than being foreclosed on though.
I've known plenty of people who rented out rooms when the going got a little tougher. Maybe you can consider that too.
Good luck.
Reply:If you had assets you could have used to pay them, yes, in most states they have a right to those assets. You took their money, they want it back. If you have someone thousands of dollars would you not want it returned?
A foreclosure hits your credit by about 260 points. And no, of course you can not save your credit. You are screwing a creditor, others have a right to know that you are willing to do this.
Reply:The lender will pursue any assets that they are legally permitted to attach in an attempt to recover the money you owe.
"They" aren't ruining your credit, you are. The average foreclosure takes 250 - 300 points off your credit score. You cannot minimize or save your credit score, foreclosure is second only to bankruptcy on ruining a formerly decent credit score.
My qualification and experience: Oregon Realtor
Reply:Depends: when you talk about a property, is it primary residence or investment? Investment different liability then primary, then if primary most likely its non-recourse if so no other liability to you if recourse then you have liability issues

Hello
You must act very quickly on this issue. There is one piece of information that you have about your account that the hacker does not have and can not know unless you gave it to them.
Contact Yahoo! Customer Care immediately, as you are required to do as part your Terms of Service agreement Section 28 http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/uto...
They have your date of birth on file as a security measure. Pursue this with them but be prepared for resistance as they must be confident you are not spooking them to get to the account.
What they will do is lockout the account preserving your information. I don't know what happens after that.

Open “My computer” on desk top.
Open “C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profile...
Then click on the name you used on yahoo messenger (Example: C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profile\Dr.Atari)
Then Click on “Archives” then “Messages”
(NOTE: If you don’t see this folder “Archives” then you never set up yahoo to have an Archive, none of this will help you. But I can help you set it up for next time.)
If you do see the folder “Archive” click on it.
In Messages folder you will see every contact you have talked to with this name on this computer only.
If you don't see Archives folder then do this for next time.
Logon Yahoo Messenger.
In yahoo messenger look on the top of it you will see Messenger, Contacts, Actions and Help.
Click on “Messenger” here you will see “My Status, No Incoming Calls and so on, Go down to “Preferences”, click on it
From here you will see “Category:” under it you will see General, Alerts %26amp; Sounds, Appearance and Archive (and more), click on Archive.
Here you will see two settings for Archive with 3 options each.
The first setting pick “ O Yes, save all of my messages”
The second setting pick “ O Yes, save all my call history”
Hit “Apply” at the bottom then OK.
The reason you didn’t see an Archive folder is that you never set it up to do so.
This won’t help you get back your lost info, (I’m sorry) but it will help you next time your account gets deleted.

Can I deposit my Unemployment check into my Girlfriends account?
I don't have a checking account (and can't get one because I made too many withdrawals from a savings account and they closed it for account abuse.) I'm tired of paying 35 bucks every time I need to cash my checks.
Can I deposit my Unemployment check into my Girlfriends account?
~~Yes simply endorse the back then have her endorse it as well and put "for deposit only" with her account number.~~
Reply:Depending on what state you live in, you may be able to get a declining balance debit card from the unemployment office instead of a paper check. I know this is the case in Oklahoma.
Reply:You can, but you guys must go inside the bank to do it, and she and you must be present with ID's. If you can't get a checking account they have those re loadable debit cards and they actually sell them at Walmart. Or why not get your check cashed at Walmart, its only $3.
Reply:Yes, you simply sign it on the back: pay to the order of (insert girlfriend's name here). Then, you sign it. She will sign it as well and deposit it.

I don't have the litch king CD and so I am downloading it from the WoW website, when is it going to charge me and how much will it be? it is still downloading right now and hasnt asked me for anything yet so im confused?
My brother just upgraded our WoW account to the new expansion, we share the account and he lives far away?
If the account you have access to has the client upgraded on it, downloading it is free.
A word of caution; if Blizzard check your account history, and see the constant access from two IPs located in different areas, they will ban you for account sharing.

What is the current policy for overdrafting a bank account? if you have 50 bucks and withdraw 250? possible?
and also how does the restricted bank account thing work? is there a limit on how much you can withdraw or what.
What is the current policy for overdrafting a bank account? if you have 50 bucks and withdraw 250? possible?
if you have 50 and take out 250 then you face hefty fees and fines. 30 to 40 for the initial overdraft, then a daily fine for each day that the account is in arrears. You have to pay back everything that you took out plus the fees. AND if the bank thinks you did it intentionally they can press charges as can any business that you wrote a bad check to.

I have less than a hundred on my checking account. Can I make a purchase over thousand online?
I have PNC-Bank checking account. Mu current balance is less than a hundred. And I need to make a $1400 purchase during next 5-6 days. Is it possible to go over-limit and than just to pay them back all my debt and their charges?
Thank you!

No, if your account goes over that much it will be frozen and/or the burchase will be denied. Why would your bank let you pay less than what you have in "hopes" of you someday having the cash?
Reply:Your bank is the best place to ask this question. Do this first, otherwise you may find yourself in deep trouble.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
Is there a way to temporary deactivate your myspace account?
No, their isn't but, if you want to do that you can ask a trustworthy friend to change your password for your myspace until whenever you need the password back. Make sure your friend is really deticated to keeping the password from you until your ready lol. The only other way is to cancel your account and make a new one which im pretty sure you don't. Good Luck! (:

If there are two people listed on one bank account, and only one owes money, can they still seize your funds?
I owe money on credit cards and have been unable to pay them. I am still unable to pay them and am at great risk for all of my money being taken out of my bank account. I was just wondering if I put another person on a bank account with me, would that prevent companies from taking money out of my account?
If there are two people listed on one bank account, and only one owes money, can they still seize your funds?
No. All you'll be doing is making the other person liable. You should be paying your bills. Since you spent the money, you should have been responsible enough to keep track of your expenses and spend only what you can afford. Credit card companies can not automatically garnish your bank account funds unless you allow it or they legally have permission from court. If they are doing it without authorization, you can sue.
Reply:joint account = your account (because instructions are usually and/or signatory)
under the eyes of the law, the credit card company can still seize monies in your joint account.
if you want to prevent the credit card companies from taking your last savings, withdraw all your monies from your bank account and keep it under your pillow. ;)
best advise seriously - pay up your credit card debts. call the bank, speak to them, tell them you can't pay. they can help work out some kind of instalment payment. there are just far too many people out there who can't pay their bills and are running away like you. the credit card companies will be more than happy to make some kind of arrangements with you. you will be surprise what kind of arrangements they will agree to - including freezing the interest (which is usually the one which kills you!)
Reply:No, it would not prevent that account from being seized.
If you have someone you really trust (parent etc.), you could put the money in their name only with you as the beneficiary. That way they the creditors would not have access to it, and if something happened to that person the money would go back to you.
Reply:If the account is a joint one, then both partners suffer when one runs up enough debt that creditors seize the account. If you ask someone to become partners with you under those circumstances, and don't tell them the financial bind that you are in, then you could be sued by that person, as well as having your bank account frozen..
Not a good move.
Reply:Yes, I believe so, Right now they have taken my income tax checks for filing joint with my wife because she had a student loan before I knew her, and still owes it, so I've learned never to file joint again, at least until she gets that taken care of. they have taken two or three checks from me for it.Testing to see if it was over after alot of years now and then but no, so I won't file joint again.
Reply:No it would not.
Because you are still the primary account holder, they will still take the money.
If you have money in your account, then you should pay it to the cc companies.
Or, close your account and use money orders.
Reply:No, it won't help. They other person would have to prove that they were entitled to said money and would only recoup half of it. If you're married, you are pretty well screwed until it's straightened out.
Reply:absolutely! Not fair but true do not know this through personal experience... But never the less it s true... sorry if you wanted a different answer !!! a different last name would be ideal, like your married brother or sister.. consolidate and call your debtors and show good faith they'll work with you ..
believe me. tt
Reply:No, the bank will still be taking money on that account. The best way is to open on another bank , not same bank or make the payments. One more advice......Go bankrupt, what else to lose your credit score is bad already......
Reply:Yes, any account you sign on can be garnished, including joint accounts you hold with other people.
Reply:not to worry they will continue sending the bill , my suggestion is to send them something each month or call and tell them ,, hope it isn't to much ,,,,
Reply:Yes - it would be a joint account but it's still linked to you.

Does anyone know how I can get an iTunes account without a credit card or anything?
Just go to the register. Don't buy a nything. just click register if it asks for card skip step at the bottom =)
Reply:You shouldn't need any credit card to get the account started... just skip that step. Now, if you wanna buy songs... you can go to walmart and get an itunes gift card and that works just fine!!
Reply:YES!!
i dont have a creddit card on my accont
all you have to get is like a 5 dollar itunes gift card and use that card #
Reply:There is an easy way.
1. Update to the latest version of iTunes
2. Click on your countries homepage
3. Click on the top app on 'Top free apps'
4. Click 'Get app' and create a account form there
5. When you get to the credit card section there should be a 'none' option.
Hoped this helped.
Reply:Ask your friends if they have an empty Master-Card or American Express or any other Credit Card-Gift Card.
Put the information into the itunes account creation ie:
FULL NAME : GIFT CARD RECIPIENT
NUMBER: 4432 ***** ******
etc.
Reply:You can buy a gift card and redeem it to get an ID without necessarily getting a credit card.

How can i share files and folders between two account users?
ok, well my father and i share a computer. But for the longest time we just both used the same user account. Now he wants his own account, but he always wants to have all of his pictures and his music. Is there anyway that i can just make his account admin, and mine standard, but also make both of us have access to all the files and folder?
:S
How can i share files and folders between two account users?
Go to control panel and then the user panel.
Change your user to admin and him to standard.
You can also share files between those accounts using the shared folder in my computer. Put you files into that folder and then log on the other account and move the files from the folder.
Reply:yes, put all that stuff in the my shared documents, my shared music and my shared pictures folders on your c drive. then all users have access to them
