Someone stole my check and deposited it into an Account?

I have the bank and account number and all that info. What can I do to catch these basturds?

Contact the bank, tell them what happened also call your police fraud dept. You also may want to get copies of your credit reports and put fraud alert on your credit reports, in case they try to open an account in your name the credit bureaus will contact you before an account is open. They should be easy to catch since they deposited into an account, someones name is on that account. But since your name is on the check they have that info, you didnt say if it was a payroll check, if it was and your stub was attached was your social security number on it? If it was your personal checks they have your bank account number on them so be safe call and put fraud alert on your credit reports, good luck
