If money is taken out of my bank account would I be notified?

Like say my son took money out of his bank account would the bank tell me when and how much?

they would only tell you if you had access to the account (if your name was on the account), by telephone or if you stopped by the bank itself. otherwise you would find out if monthly statements were sent to your house.





you could use online banking, if your bank offers it, and have emails be sent to you when there is activity.
Reply:If your son has his own account, the bank would not tell you. However there are limits you can place on accounts where you will get an email or call if a certain amount is withdrawn.


Every bank is different, check with your bank.
Reply:Not unless you have them tell you or write you the amounts....or if you put a notify if say $500 dollars is taken from this account. Check with your bank each is differnet.
