ok so i have paypal account and i dont have a credit card or bank account is there any other way that i can verify it without those things. plz there is 10 points for the very best answer.

I hate to tell you this, but you have to have either a bank account or a credit card to use paypal. This intentional so that they have some recourse, should you fail to make the necessary payments.

You have to have a credit/debit card or bank account to verify Paypal. So I recommend just getting a prepaid card from Walmart (green dot) or just open a bank account. If you can't then that website might be the only way. I don't know of any other way
